Requirements
Proven expertise: 5+ years of experience, of which 3+ in product management of consumer facing digital products, ideally in a B2C space, with a proven track record of shipping stellar products that drive business growth.
Management experience: 2+ year managing cross-functional teams (Product Owners at Sword directly manage Engineering, Design and Data)
Technical Fluency : Ability to discuss deep technical topics with engineering teams and the platform users (we don’t expect you to code).
Bias for action: Thrives in ambiguity, makes decisions fast, and validates assumptions early. Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapting quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high quality standards.
Outcome orientation: Relentless focus on metrics and results, with fluency in KPIs like activation, engagement, and retention;
User-first mindset: Ability to translate complexity into simple, intuitive, and cohesive user experiences.
AI fluency: Practical understanding of how AI tools (not just chatGPT conversations) can accelerate product development, experimentation, and value delivery.
Data fluency: Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in making data-informed, hypothesis-driven decisions.
