Job Description
A Senior Machine Learning Engineer responsible for developing AI and ML-powered features to enhance personalized clinical care, working closely with clinical teams to create decision support systems and leverage recent advancements in Generative AI, all aimed at improving patient outcomes and scaling AI-driven healthcare solutions.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts relevant to healthcare applications.
- Experience in building or working on decision support systems that empower physical therapists to provide world-class care.
- Ability to ensure AI solutions deliver an experience as close as possible to a 1-on-1 session with a Physical Therapist.
- Demonstrated experience in developing ML-powered features that employ a holistic perspective and consider relevant nuances.
- Educational background or experience sufficient to develop and implement advanced AI/ML models (specific degree requirements are not explicitly stated but implied).
