Job Description
The Senior Accountant - Revenue Inventory is responsible for managing revenue accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the company's financial operations related to revenue and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage revenue recognition processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Oversee inventory accounting related to revenue streams
- Prepare financial reports and analysis related to revenue and inventory
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate revenue and inventory data
- Assist in audits and internal controls related to revenue and inventory accounting
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Experience in accounting, finance, or a related field with a strong understanding of revenue and inventory management.
- Proven experience in senior accounting roles, with a focus on revenue and inventory accounting processes.
- Ability to analyze financial data related to revenue streams and inventory levels to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards applicable to revenue recognition and inventory accounting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and record-keeping.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial processes and reporting related to revenue and inventory.
- Experience with financial software and tools used for accounting, revenue tracking, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to clearly document and explain financial information related to revenue and inventory.
