The Regional Vice President of Large Enterprise Sales is responsible for driving new employer partnerships with large organizations by selling Sword Health's AI-powered care platform, focusing on demonstrating cost savings, clinical outcomes, and employee engagement within the Central U.S. region.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new employer partnerships with Large Enterprise organizations (10,000+ employees) in the Central Territory
Sell Sword Health's AI-powered care platform to benefits leaders by demonstrating cost reduction, clinical outcomes, and employee engagement
Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Clinical, Consultant Relations, and Customer Success teams
Requirements
Experience in driving new employer partnerships with Large Enterprise organizations with 10,000 or more employees, specifically focusing on selling AI-powered care platforms to benefits leaders.
Proven ability to demonstrate measurable cost reduction, clinical outcomes, and high employee engagement through sales efforts.
Ability to work cross-functionally with teams including Business Development, Clinical, Consultant Relations, and Customer Success.
