Job Description
The role involves leading and managing government and occupational health services in Canada for Sword Health, focusing on expanding AI-driven healthcare solutions, building relationships with stakeholders, and supporting the company's growth in the healthcare technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop sales strategies for government and occupational health sectors in Canada
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, health systems, and enterprise clients
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within the target markets
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the healthcare industry, preferably with a focus on government and health organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to expand healthcare services and partnerships with government agencies, insurers, health systems, and employers.
- Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models, especially in musculoskeletal, pain management, women's health, movement health, and mental health sectors.
- Experience working with AI-based healthcare platforms or digital health solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to engage with enterprise clients and government entities.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team across multiple regions, including the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Australia.
- Track record of achieving growth targets and expanding market presence in a competitive healthcare landscape.
- Knowledge of regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements related to healthcare services in multiple jurisdictions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, partners, and stakeholders across different regions.
