Job Description
The Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales for Northeast is responsible for driving new employer partnerships by selling Sword Health's AI-powered healthcare platform to large organizations, focusing on demonstrating cost savings, clinical outcomes, and employee engagement, while working cross-functionally with various teams to deliver outcomes-driven care.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new employer partnerships with enterprise organizations (1,000-10,000 employees) across the Northeast.
- Sell Sword Health's AI-powered care platform to benefits leaders by demonstrating cost reduction, clinical outcomes, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Clinical, Consultant Relations, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- Experience in enterprise sales or a similar role involving selling to organizations with 1,000 to 10,000 employees, demonstrating the ability to drive new employer partnerships.
- Proven ability to sell AI-powered healthcare platforms or similar technology solutions to benefits leaders within enterprise organizations.
- Ability to demonstrate measurable cost reduction, clinical outcomes, and high employee engagement through sales activities.
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Business Development, Clinical, Consultant Relations, and Customer Success.
- Full-time employment with a minimum of 25 hours per week.
