Job Description
The Quality Training Associate at Sword Health will be responsible for managing quality systems, leading process improvement initiatives, and delivering training to the Clinical Operations team to ensure high-quality care for members.
Responsibilities
- •Manage quality systems to ensure high standards of care
- •Lead process improvement initiatives
- •Deliver impactful training to the Clinical Operations team
- •Collaborate with leaders to set and maintain quality and performance standards
Requirements

- •Full-time employees must regularly work 25 hours per week.
