Job Description
The Product Manager at Sword Health is responsible for leading the development and execution of products that support digital movement solutions, improving physical health and reducing pain for users through innovative AI-powered care, collaboration across clinical, product, marketing, and operations teams, and delivering compassionate, evidence-based care at a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the product roadmap for AI-powered pain management solutions.
- Collaborate with clinical, product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver evidence-based care features.
- Define product requirements and prioritize features to enhance user experience and outcomes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and deployment.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and clinical results.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- This position does not offer relocation assistance.
- Candidates must have experience in product management, including creating and managing product roadmaps and strategies.
- Candidates should have a proven track record of delivering successful products in a healthcare, digital health, or related technology environment.
- Candidates must demonstrate strong skills in cross-functional collaboration across Clinical, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support personalized member support and team coordination.
- Candidates must have a strong understanding of evidence-based care practices and digital health solutions.
- Candidates should have experience working with wearable sensors, guided sessions, or similar digital health tools.
- Candidates must have a commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and improving physical health outcomes.
- Candidates should have a background in developing digital movement solutions or similar health-related digital products.
- Candidates must be able to work remotely and be flexible with working hours, including the ability to work from home.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a related role.
- Candidates must be fluent in English, as evidenced by the availability to attend English classes if needed.
- Candidates should have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards applicable in Portugal and the EU.
