Job Description
A part-time, remote Physical Therapist responsible for conducting onboarding consultations with members, addressing their questions, and preparing treatment briefs to support their pain management programs using AI-enabled care.
Responsibilities
- •Conduct onboarding video and audio consultations with members at the start of their program
- •Address high-level questions from members and establish behavioral change foundations
- •Process member information to create treatment briefs for the treatment PT
- •Create handoff notes to ensure proper follow-up by the treatment PT
- •Address additional questions from the treatment PT regarding members
Requirements
- •Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
- •At least 3 years of clinical experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders.
- •Must be a licensed physical therapist.
- •Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage patients/members.
- •Ability to think outside the box and adapt to a hands-off approach.
- •Hard-working and able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment.
- •Comfortable working on a flexible schedule, between 10 and 20 hours per week.
- •Ability to share your availability for the following month at least 30 days in advance.
