Job Description
The Enablement Manager will collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop resources and training programs that drive commercial success and support go-to-market initiatives within a fast-growing healthcare technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to drive enablement initiatives
- Develop and deliver resources and training to empower go-to-market teams
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and execution of commercial strategies
Requirements
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- Full-time employment with a regular work schedule of at least 25 hours per week.
- Experience collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams to drive initiatives and ensure commercial success through cross-functional alignment and execution.
- Ability to thrive in a role that involves empowering go-to-market teams through resources and training.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, product, and marketing teams.
- Experience in a role focused on commercial enablement, sales support, or related functions.
- Proven ability to drive initiatives and ensure success through cross-functional alignment and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams across multiple continents.
- Ability to understand and support sales, product, and marketing strategies and initiatives.
