Job Description
The Director of Consultant Relations is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with benefits consulting and brokerage firms to promote Sword Health's AI-driven healthcare solutions, driving new business opportunities and market influence through strategic relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand Sword Health's influence and preference within the benefits consulting and brokerage community.
- Build and sustain senior-level relationships with consultants.
- Drive net-new, consultant-referred opportunities through strategic relationship building.
- Enable consultants through targeted market activation and education about Sword's value.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking and forecasting using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Own a defined territory and work closely with cross-functional team Sales BDR partners to drive net-new, consultant-referred opportunities through strategic relationship building, consultant enablement, and targeted market activation.
- Build and sustain senior-level consultant relationships within the benefits consulting and brokerage community.
- Ensure consistent positioning of Sword s value in the market.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking and forecasting through the CRM system.
- Have a legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- Full-time employment with regular work hours of at least 25 hours per week.
