Job Description
A Data Operations Engineer at Sword Health supports the integration and maintenance of healthcare data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data flow, enabling the company's AI-driven healthcare solutions across various health domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the integration of clients' self-insured employers and health plans into Sword's solutions.
- Prepare, validate, and maintain data pipelines capable of processing large volumes of healthcare data.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely flow of healthcare data across systems.
- Maintain high data quality standards to support products and clients.
- Improve operational processes related to data management and integration.
Requirements
- Support the integration of clients self-insured employers and health plans into Sword s solutions by preparing, validating, and maintaining data pipelines that can process large volumes of healthcare data.
- Motivated, detail-oriented candidate who is eager to learn and ensure that information flows accurately and on time.
- Support the Data Operations team in delivering high-quality, accurate data that supports Sword s products and clients.
- Maintain strong data quality standards and improve operational processes related to data management.
- Ensure smooth data integrations across the organization.
