Job Description
The Concierge Engagement Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel outreach campaigns to engage high-risk members, using both strategic planning and hands-on implementation to promote Sword Health's AI-driven healthcare solutions and improve member outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns to drive member engagement
- Design, test, and iterate personalized marketing campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and AI-powered conversations
- Implement campaigns independently, leveraging AI tools and traditional marketing tactics
- Build, scale, and optimize outreach strategies to convert members and encourage product adoption
- Analyze campaign performance and iterate to improve engagement and conversion rates
Requirements
- Own and execute Sword Predict's multi-channel outreach strategy end-to-end, including campaign creation, testing, and iteration across email, SMS, direct mail, and AI-powered conversations to drive member engagement.
- Build, test, and scale personalized outreach campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, direct mail, and AI conversations.
- Conceive and implement marketing campaigns yourself, leveraging both AI tools and traditional marketing tactics to maximize conversions.
- Thrive on experimentation, own campaign outcomes completely, and be able to move fast while maintaining quality.
- Convince members to choose Sword's products over traditional healthcare options through effective outreach campaigns.
- Be hands-on every day by building campaigns yourself, not delegating execution to others.
- Possess strategic thinking skills to develop overall marketing approach while executing campaigns.
- Have a legal right to work in the United States; US-based applicants only, with no immigration or work visa sponsorship provided.
- Candidates in Portugal must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal; no relocation assistance offered.
- Possess a minimum of 25 hours per week availability for full-time employment.
- Demonstrate experience or ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Maintain empathy for members dealing with real pain while executing marketing strategies.
- Be committed to moving fast, testing constantly, and embracing a culture where failure is part of the learning process.
