Job Description
A Bilingual Outbound Specialist responsible for converting leads into members by guiding them through enrollment and providing excellent customer support, within a growth-focused team dedicated to expanding access to AI-driven healthcare programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert leads into members by guiding them through the enrollment process
- Provide support and assistance to potential members
- Collaborate with the Growth team to achieve weekly and monthly goals
Requirements
- Proactive and organized Outbound Specialist with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to convert leads into Sword Health members by guiding them through the enrollment process and providing support.
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- Full-time employment with a minimum of 25 hours per week.
