Job Description
The Analytics Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the data modeling, quality, and semantic layers to make company data AI-ready, and building AI tools to improve internal decision-making and productivity in a healthcare technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the modeling, quality, and semantic layer to make company data AI-ready.
- Ensure internal assistants can reliably answer questions and trigger safe actions from trusted, current data.
- Build AI tools to enhance internal decision-making and productivity.
- Collaborate with the Data team to structure high-value domains into AI-safe models.
- Work with AI Engineers to deploy models into assistants, dashboards, and automations.
Requirements
- Own the modeling, quality, and semantic layer that makes company data AI-ready, ensuring data is reliable, fresh, and suitable for AI applications.
- Build AI tools that improve internal decision-making and productivity by structuring high-value domains into AI-safe models.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Data team to structure high-value domains into AI-safe models.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers to deploy models into assistants, dashboards, and automations.
- Possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal, as the position does not offer relocation assistance.
- Candidates must be located in Portugal and have the legal right to work in the EU.
