Job Description

The Account Executive - Enterprise Canada is responsible for driving sales and building relationships with enterprise clients in Canada, promoting Sword Health's AI-powered healthcare solutions and expanding the company's presence in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with enterprise clients across Canada
  • Identify client needs and present tailored solutions to meet healthcare and AI platform goals
  • Drive sales processes from lead generation to closing deals for AI healthcare solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of products
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or a related sales role, demonstrating the ability to manage and grow client accounts.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present complex healthcare or technology solutions to enterprise clients, including Fortune 100 and 500 companies.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, particularly in musculoskeletal care, physiotherapy, or digital health solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain long-term client partnerships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events, with travel expectations specified by the employer.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team, demonstrating high energy, passion, and commitment to advancing human health through innovative solutions.
