Key Responsibilities
- Run experiments to support perovskite solar PV research
- Develop and scale-up thin-film processes for solar technology
- Pioneer advances in perovskite solar PV technology
- Develop tools and platforms to support solar energy innovation
- Design and refine equipment for manufacturing high-efficiency perovskite photovoltaics
- Prepare for the implementation of manufacturing facilities
Requirements
- Experience running experiments to support cutting-edge perovskite solar PV research.
- Experience driving the development and scale-up of thin-film processes.
- Experience pioneering advances in the field of perovskite solar PV technology.
- Experience developing tools and platforms related to solar energy or similar technology.
- Experience designing and refining equipment for the production of perovskite photovoltaics.
- Experience preparing for the implementation of a factory for perovskite solar PV manufacturing.
- Experience ensuring reliable operation of advanced machinery and systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work in a team focused on solar energy technology development and manufacturing.
- Ability to support experiments and process development in a research or industrial setting related to solar PV technology.
