Job Description
Danielle Levitan (danielle.levitan@sunrun.com)
Key Responsibilities
Sunrun is the largest dedicated residential solar company in the United States with a fleet of over 1.2M systems. As a Staff Revenue Enablement Specialist within Post-PTO Effectiveness, you are the senior-most execution expert driving high-impact initiatives to generate additional revenue from Sunrun’s service-related products across our customer fleet.
Operating with full autonomy, you own the end-to-end design and rollout of process automations, sales/service enablement tools, and playbooks that empower frontline service, care, and field teams to attach, cross-sell, and upsell post-PTO service offerings (e.g., service plans, system upgrades, battery add-ons, coverage packages, and maintenance products).
You set the execution standard for the team and serve as the organizational authority on optimizing commercial metrics—including service product attachment rates, cross-sell conversion, average order value, and tool adoption. This role manages no direct reports but actively elevates the entire function.
Drive Extra Product Sales: Create training programs, guidebooks, and coaching frameworks that give field technicians and support reps the skills to offer extra products, while mentoring junior specialists on the team to run their own successful projects.
Track & Improve Sales Metrics: Measure pitch frequency, customer acceptance, and total extra revenue brought in—translating this data into clear performance updates for company executives.
Find Sales Opportunities: Look at daily customer conversations and service visits to find natural moments where offering a product upgrade makes sense.
Build Simple Playbooks & Guides: Create clear step-by-step guides, cheat sheets, and handling-objection tips so service teams can easily talk to customers about extra options.
Align Teams Across the Business: Work closely with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to make sure everyone agrees on product offerings and frontline incentives.
Improve Daily Tools & Workflows: Make sure the software, apps, and forms used by field technicians and support reps make it easy to pitch and log a new sale.
Autonomously map out big-picture plans and sales goals for major new product launches or service offers.
Get buy-in from senior leaders to include simple sales steps in everyday customer service routines.
Figure out why frontline staff might hesitate to offer products (like fear of sounding pushy) and design training that makes pitching feel natural and helpful.
Host planning sessions and workshops with senior directors to keep revenue goals aligned.
Set team standards for measuring project success, tracking employee learning, and organizing work materials.
