Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of electrical installation and repair experience
- Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards
- Ability to perform all installation duties of the Installer and Lead Installer
- Professional appearance and customer interaction
- Have a strong work ethic, high level of craftsmanship/workmanship with strong attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Willingness and ability to participate in the Power+ programs, which means you may be cross trained to perform comparable work in other departments or asked to perform work in other departments you're already skilled to support.
- Possess strong mechanical/construction skills
- Have excellent verbal communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Maintain a valid Driver’s License
- 5% travel is required
