Job Description
A Senior HR Business Partner role focused on partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support organizational growth, culture, and performance in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. The position involves strategic advising, talent development, change management, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to support team growth, leadership effectiveness, and organizational decision making
- Translate business challenges into pragmatic people solutions balancing fast execution with strategic thinking
- Coach and challenge leaders to strengthen leadership behaviors and provide clarity and perspective
- Lead and contribute to key people programs such as performance management, talent development, and engagement
- Develop scalable, human-centered HR initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Use data-driven insights to influence change, improve employee experience, and shape people strategy
Requirements
- 8 years of HR experience, including 5 years as an HR Business Partner in a global, dynamic, and preferably scale-up environment
- Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred
- Fluent in English
- Dutch language skills are a pre-requisite
- Strong experience handling a wide range of employee cases and solid knowledge of Dutch labor and social laws
- Additional experience in other European countries, the US, or APAC is a plus
- Broad HR expertise across designing and executing people programs such as performance management, engagement, succession planning, and culture
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and change management initiatives
- Ability to connect business outcomes with people initiatives, combining strong business insight, HR know-how, and creative problem-solving
- Outstanding communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills, with proven capability in executive coaching and driving change
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, to-the-point mindset, data-driven approach, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and show ownership
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
