Job Description
This role involves leading the Human Capital Development and Culture team to shape and execute HR strategies that support scalable business growth, enhance employee experience, and foster a strong organizational culture through performance, compensation, leadership development, and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the people strategy to support scalable business growth and improve HR functions.
- Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, setting clear goals and fostering a high-performing culture.
- Oversee core HR domains such as performance management, compensation, career frameworks, learning, and leadership development.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business needs and priorities.
- Implement data-driven solutions to enhance employee experience, increase efficiency, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- At least 3 - 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in scale-ups fast-paced and international environments, with a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Business-savvy and people-oriented leader, with a sharp eye for how people initiatives align with organizational goals and needs
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in navigating complex business interactions
- Expertise experience in several of the focus areas listed above, such as learning and leadership development, performance, compensation, engagement, and building cultures
- Ability to provide clear direction while constructively challenging your team to grow and innovate
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, known for proposing pragmatic, efficient solutions that deliver meaningful, scalable impact
- Confident communication and facilitation skills
- Fluency in English
