Job Description
A technical expert responsible for managing, implementing, and optimizing the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform to support business processes, enhance system capabilities, and provide user support within a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee management, implementation, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications
- Lead planning, design, and execution of new modules, integrations, and system upgrades
- Manage day-to-day operations and performance of the D365 platform
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support to resolve system issues
- Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders for system customizations and improvements
- Develop reports and dashboards to support business decision-making and monitor system health
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365, including global legal entity rollouts.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, functionality, and administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Experience with creating requirements for customizations and enhancements within Dynamics 365.
- Ability to oversee day-to-day operations and performance of the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform.
- Proficiency in leading the planning, design, and implementation of new modules, integrations, and system upgrades with minimal business disruption.
- Capability to provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Experience in building reports and dashboards to support business decision-making and monitor system health.
