A Campus Recruiter responsible for attracting and engaging early career professionals through campus events, managing the recruitment process, and enhancing employer branding to build a strong pipeline of graduate talent.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage the campus recruitment event calendar and host events to attract top graduate talent
Coordinate and manage all logistics, promotional materials, and advertising for campus recruitment events
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for junior roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and monitoring applicants
Build and strengthen relationships with students and early career professionals at campus events
Enhance STX's employer brand through social media and employer branding initiatives
Requirements
0 to 2 years of working experience with a degree in the fields of HR, Talent Acquisition or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
A flexible mindset regarding working hours and locations, with occasional travel
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude
