Job Description
A Campus Recruiter responsible for attracting and engaging early career professionals through campus events, managing the recruitment process, and enhancing employer branding to build a strong pipeline of graduate talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage the campus recruitment event calendar and host events to attract top graduate talent
- Coordinate and manage all logistics, promotional materials, and advertising for campus recruitment events
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for junior roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and monitoring applicants
- Build and strengthen relationships with students and early career professionals at campus events
- Enhance STX's employer brand through social media and employer branding initiatives
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of working experience with a degree in the fields of HR, Talent Acquisition or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- A flexible mindset regarding working hours and locations, with occasional travel
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude
