Job Description
The Senior Business Developer - Energy Efficiency at STX Group is responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to promote energy efficiency solutions, establishing relationships with clients and partners, and managing projects from inception to completion in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and deployment of the commercial strategy
- Identify, establish, and maintain customer relationships with new clients
- Offer energy and sustainability solutions to business customers
- Identify and establish partnerships with contractors for energy efficiency projects
- Conduct technical analysis and evaluate applicability of Titoli di Efficienza Energetica (TEE) to projects
- Manage projects from inception to deposit
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout and after the sales process
- Monitor regulatory and economic initiatives contributing to White Certificates generation
- Promote company offerings and services through various communication media
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the energy or industrial sectors with a focus on energy efficiency.
- Graduate of a top-level engineering or business school.
- Highly comfortable with technical and complex solutions related to industrial utilities, specific projects, monitoring, and so on.
- Fluent in Italian and possess a good command of English at least B2 level.
- Strong presentation, communication, and sales skills.
- Self-discipline and high motivation.
- Living or willing to relocate to Milano, Italy.
- Travel in Italy is to be expected.
