Job Description
The job involves overseeing the management, implementation, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications, ensuring smooth business processes and providing user support. The role requires leading system enhancements, maintaining high performance, and developing reports to drive technological advancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of new modules, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and administration of the Dynamics 365 environment.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards for system performance and business metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing, managing and/or administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Implementing Dynamics 365 for legal entities globally is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, functionality, customization, integration, and extension capabilities.
