An AI Engineer responsible for designing and deploying AI-powered tools using Large Language Models to automate workflows, enhance data processing, and integrate AI solutions across the company's operations, supporting the company's strategic shift towards innovation and decarbonization strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools and agents using LLMs for document processing, summarization, and workflow automation
Build performant AI tools to automate and augment business use cases
Collaborate with teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows and processes
Stay updated on AI advancements and contribute to the AI technical roadmap
Implement MLOps practices for deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI models
Requirements
7 years of software engineering experience with hands-on coding and collaboration
3 years of industry domain experience developing and deploying secure, novel tools and automation (preferred)
Proficiency as a polyglot programmer with experience in Python and NodeJS
Familiarity with AI and ML frameworks such as LangChain, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, but Azure or GCP is also acceptable
Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as CDK or Terraform
Exposure to big data tools
Working knowledge of MLOps, including model versioning, pipeline orchestration, and production deployment
