Job Description
The Program Lead for Agricultural Nitrogen Systems will drive transformative changes in nitrogen management within food production systems to enhance efficiency and reduce nitrogen pollution. This interdisciplinary role involves engaging with various stakeholders to develop innovative agricultural approaches that address climate action, pollution abatement, and food security.
Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate transformative changes in nitrogen management in food production systems
- Increase efficiencies and decrease nitrogen pollution
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders on climate action and food security
- Advance interdisciplinary approaches in science, engineering, and policy
- Define and shape new agricultural approaches with climate and environmental benefits
Requirements
- Candidate must be deeply motivated by climate action, pollution abatement, and food security issues.
- Candidate must be excited to engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Role requires an interdisciplinary approach, taking into account science, engineering, talent development, society, economics, and policy.
- Position is fully remote, allowing employees to work anywhere within the United States or internationally with approval.
- This is a full-time position.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: 130,000-180,000 per year
Work schedule: 100% remote
