Regional Permitting Manager (East Region)

SOLV Energy is a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, designing, building and maintaining utility scale solar, battery storage and high voltage substation projects nationwide.
Job Description Summary
The Regional Permitting Manager – East is a hands-on regional lead responsible for managing all permitting activities for SOLV Energy’s utility-scale solar, BESS, high-voltage, and O&M projects within the East region. This role owns the day-to-day execution of the permitting process across assigned projects — from preconstruction due diligence through permit closeout — and serves as the primary point of contact with AHJs, consultants, and internal project teams within the region. Complex or politically sensitive issues are escalated to the Director of Permitting, who manages senior government and client relationships at the program level.
This role is based full-time in our office in Edison, NJ. Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
