Job Description
The Environmental Health Safety Coordinator is responsible for promoting and ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards across manufacturing labs and production areas in a fast-growing space tech startup, supporting a safe and sustainable work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion environmental, health, and safety practices across labs and production spaces
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Promote a safety culture and operational excellence within the organization
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental health and safety (EHS) coordination or a similar role.
- Have a thorough understanding of environmental, health, and safety compliance requirements applicable to manufacturing laboratories and production spaces.
- Demonstrate experience in championing environmental, health, and safety practices across multiple work environments, including labs and production areas.
- Be capable of helping teams push the boundaries of innovation while maintaining a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace.
- Possess full-time availability to work on-site at the company's location in Tempe, Arizona, with no relocation assistance provided.
