Job Description
The Senior Accountant will manage key accounting functions such as financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, playing a hands-on role in supporting the growth of a renewable energy company focused on commercial rooftop solar development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned financial portfolios
- Perform financial reporting and analysis
- Prepare budgets and forecasts
- Assist in audit preparation
- Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Experience managing assigned portfolios and playing a hands-on role across key accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, analytics, audit preparation, and compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to take full ownership of their work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of financial and regulatory compliance requirements relevant to the role.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics.
- Experience preparing for audits and ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
