Job Description
The Director of Project Management oversees the successful execution of solar EPC projects, leading a team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards, while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the successful execution of a portfolio of solar EPC projects from Notice to Proceed through completion
- Lead the Project Management team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction with project delivery
- Provide strong leadership in project management and construction operations
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills in project management and construction operations.
- Experience overseeing the successful execution of a portfolio of solar EPC projects from Notice to Proceed through completion.
- Ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
- Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction in project delivery.
- Experience managing and leading a Project Management team.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Illinois Chicago area; willingness to receive relocation assistance if not currently located there.
