Job Description
The Manager of Customer Operations at SOLARCYCLE will oversee post-sales operations, ensuring exceptional customer experience and coordinating reverse logistics for recycling solar panels and related products. This role involves project execution, regulatory compliance, and data analysis to support the company's mission in the clean energy and recycling sectors.
Responsibilities
- •Serve as the main point of contact for all recycling project customers post-sale.
- •Schedule and organize all reverse logistics services.
- •Coordinate with customers to ensure adherence to packaging specifications.
- •Confirm compliance with regulatory requirements.
- •Monitor contractual changes and negotiate change orders.
- •Produce recycling certifications and environmental impact reports.
- •Complete contractual scope of work and close out projects.
- •Coordinate site services, including labor and decommissioning.
- •Manage inventory forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
- •Provide best-in-class customer support and resolve customer-related issues.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, or Energy Management.
- •5-10 years of proven experience in operations or customer management role, preferably in the solar energy or recycling industries.
- •Strong leadership, task prioritization, and time management skills.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- •Knowledge of solar energy systems, technologies, logistics, and recycling.
- •High proficiency in Excel required.
