Job Description
A Talent Acquisition Consultant role focused on sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent across multiple sales offices in Australia to support the company's rapid growth in the renewable energy sector. The position involves end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, dynamic environment based at the Byron Bay head office.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and hire talent for sales offices across Australia
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Identify and engage with potential candidates for various roles
Requirements
- The candidate must be already situated in the Northern Rivers region and be available to work onsite Monday - Friday at the Byron Bay Head Office.
- The candidate must have experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent.
- The candidate must have the ability to source, attract, and hire various roles, including high-energy Lead Generators, future specialists, and sales leaders.
- The candidate must demonstrate a driven attitude suitable for a fast-paced environment.
- The candidate must possess excellent people skills and thrive in a people-oriented role.
- The candidate must be able to contribute to the growth of the company’s 18 sales offices across Australia.
- The candidate must be willing to work in a dynamic, innovative, and high-performing team environment.
- The candidate must be committed to making a substantial impact within a rapidly growing company.
- The candidate must be able to participate in ongoing support and training programs.
