The Fleet Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's vehicle fleet, office premises, and facilities support to ensure operational efficiency, safety compliance, and a productive work environment across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the company's vehicle fleet to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance
Oversee the maintenance and management of office premises and facilities
Support the stationary needs of the national sales teams
Coordinate logistics related to fleet and facilities management
Ensure cost control and safety standards are maintained across all facilities and fleet operations
Requirements
Reside in the Northern Rivers region and be available to work on site Monday to Friday at the Byron Bay headquarters.
Experience in managing a vehicle fleet, office premises, and facilities, with the ability to oversee stationary needs of a national sales team.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities across logistics, facilities maintenance, and office support.
Ability to deliver operational efficiency, safety compliance, and cost control within fleet and facilities management.
Hands-on approach to managing fleet and facilities operations.
Ability to support the creation of safe, efficient, and well-run workplaces across Australia.
