Job Description
The Fleet Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's vehicle fleet, office premises, and facilities support to ensure operational efficiency, safety compliance, and a productive work environment across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's vehicle fleet to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance
- Oversee the maintenance and management of office premises and facilities
- Support the stationary needs of the national sales teams
- Coordinate logistics related to fleet and facilities management
- Ensure cost control and safety standards are maintained across all facilities and fleet operations
Requirements
- Reside in the Northern Rivers region and be available to work on site Monday to Friday at the Byron Bay headquarters.
- Experience in managing a vehicle fleet, office premises, and facilities, with the ability to oversee stationary needs of a national sales team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities across logistics, facilities maintenance, and office support.
- Ability to deliver operational efficiency, safety compliance, and cost control within fleet and facilities management.
- Hands-on approach to managing fleet and facilities operations.
- Ability to support the creation of safe, efficient, and well-run workplaces across Australia.
