A Senior Drafter Designer responsible for leading drafting efforts, creating detailed 2D and 3D models, and supporting capital infrastructure projects within a manufacturing environment focused on advanced battery materials.
Key Responsibilities
Lead drafting efforts for capital projects and operational needs
Create and maintain detailed 3D models and 2D construction drawings using AutoCAD Plant 3D and Revit
Collaborate with engineering teams and external partners for design reviews and compliance
Coordinate with project managers to track equipment installation and update as-built documentation
Establish and maintain drafting standards and documentation structures
Requirements
Five years of professional experience in drafting and design for industrial or manufacturing environments.
Ability to create and update P ID drawings, Isometrics, and 3D models.
Expert-level knowledge of AutoCAD Plant 3D is required.
Proficiency in Revit is a significant plus.
Demonstrated experience in reviewing technical drawings and specifications for complex facility upgrades.
Background in an engineering or technical design discipline.
Proven ability to communicate technical designs effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Must be based in Alameda, CA, with a willingness to travel to Moses Lake, WA, or be permanently located in Moses Lake, WA.
Ability to move long distances and remain stationary for extended periods.
Willingness to work on active build sites for extensive periods.

Compensation/salary range: $110,000 to $138,000
