Job Description
The ERP Specialist at Sila will manage the design, integration, and support of ERP solutions for finance, manufacturing, and supply chain processes, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions and oversee project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical lead for the Sage X3 ERP system and related integrations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into ERP solutions
- Develop and execute project plans for ERP implementations and upgrades
- Oversee ERP roadmap and manage internal and vendor support teams
- Proactively manage technology risks and maintain business continuity plans
Requirements
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in all phases of ERP system implementation and maintenance, with a strong track record of success in manufacturing environments.
- Proven expertise in ERP implementation support.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain processes.
- Extensive knowledge of MRP ERP procurement finance planning systems, encompassing manufacturing processes, BOMs, PLM, procure-to-pay (e.g., Coupa), and supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated ability to configure, customize, enhance, and integrate Sage X3 or similar ERP systems to support finance, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, provide actionable insights, and present clear recommendations to leadership.
- Demonstrated experience managing IT systems within a chemical or manufacturing environment, with a focus on optimizing efficiency and productivity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Ability to move long distances such as from building to building and be stationary for extended periods of time.
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment, such as a laptop, copier, printer, etc. in a fixed location.

Compensation/salary range: $137,000 - $174,000
