Job Description
The Thorough Financial Controller will play a crucial role in the Finance Team, focusing on accounting, compliance, and financial reporting to support decision-making and improve financial processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial accounts, ensuring accounting and tax compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports to support decision-making.
- Continuously seek ways to streamline finance processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and address issues.
- Maximise the development of the finance team and yourself.
Requirements
- 2-3 years background in Accounting.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Precise and structured communicator both written and verbal in English.
- A kind approach to dealing with people, contributing to the development of others.
- A track record of making organizations better beyond just doing the basics, while showing a high degree of autonomy and proactivity.
