Job Description
The Insightful In-house Psychologist at Laminar Projects will work with small groups to coach and develop fundamental skills, promote well-being, and support team members in overcoming challenges, all while integrating with a team of clinical psychologists to foster human flourishing within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams in developing and implementing systems, procedures, and best practices.
- Design and implement systems and processes to improve operations.
- Provide actionable reports to stakeholders and monitor operational metrics.
- Develop scalable and repeatable best practices and tools.
- Maximize the personal and professional development of the team.
Requirements
- MA in psychology from a university, college or school recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHEd)
- Has completed a minimum of two hundred (200) hours of supervised practicum internship clinical experience related to services enumerated in paragraph b of Section 3 of the Republic Act 10029 or the Psychologist Law of Portugal
- Certified and Licensed
- 5 years experience as a full-time therapist
- Extensive experience in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) techniques
- Demonstrates an understanding of theories and practices of psychopathology including psychological treatments
