This role involves developing new lithium battery products and processes, optimizing manufacturing workflows, analyzing and resolving production issues, and ensuring process quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new products, materials, and processes for lithium batteries
Conduct manufacturability analysis and oversee mass production introduction of evaluation products
Create, implement, and update process documentation
Analyze and improve defects in the battery production process
Identify failure modes in mass production and establish process control methods
Collect and maintain product process routes and data
Optimize processes and improve process flow and parameters
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in material, chemistry, mechanical science and engineering
More than 3 years of experience in lithium battery technology or product development
Familiar with the manufacturing process standards of lithium batteries
Responsible for the development of new products, new materials and new processes, and responsible for the manufacturability analysis and mass production introduction of evaluation products
Put forward the process optimization plan, carried out verification and result analysis, and completed the formulation, implementation and update of process documents
Responsible for the analysis and defect improvement of adverse problems in the battery production process, identification of possible failure modes in the mass production process of new product introduction, and output effective process control methods
Responsible for product process route and data collection and maintenance
Responsible for process optimization, improvement of process flow and parameters, and improvement of optimal rate
