Job Description
The Process Engineer is responsible for supporting, verifying, and optimizing manufacturing processes during the design and development of PACK projects, providing technical support in production, and ensuring process quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, verify, and optimize manufacturing processes during the design and development phase of PACK projects
- Prepare process documentation such as PFMEA, process flow charts, control plans, and work instructions
- Provide technical support for production and develop standard operating procedures
- Solve technical problems encountered in the production process
- Conduct technical exchanges on-site and guide key parts and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechatronics, electronics, electrical, or process design
- At least 2 years working experience in PACK assembly or lithium battery industry
- Proficient in Office, AUTOCAD, and other software
- Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system
- Good at analyzing and solving problems
- Able to work under pressure
- Have a strong sense of team spirit and cooperation
