Designs and evaluates power battery pack systems and modules, focusing on structural analysis, safety, and reliability, while coordinating testing, optimization, and documentation to ensure high-quality battery solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate power battery cell selection, structural materials, and product design schemes based on customer requirements.
Design schematic, 3D digital models, and 2D drawings for power battery PACK systems and modules.
Ensure safety and reliability in the design of battery systems and modules.
Identify and address issues found during trial production, mass production, and user feedback, providing improvement suggestions.
Manage sample preparation, processing progress tracking, and sample confirmation.
Test and verify battery pack systems and components, optimize designs according to regulations and customer needs, and improve structures for mass production.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in electrochemistry, Vehicle engineering, Mechatronics, polymer materials, Electrical engineering, automation, or related fields.
More than 3 years of experience in power battery PACK structure design.
Ability to independently design pack battery system structure and perform structural strength simulation.
Familiar with battery electrical related professional knowledge, battery selection and testing experience.
Proficient in Solidworks, CATIA, UG and other design software.
Able to read and write in English.
Work hard, careful and rigorous, have a sense of responsibility and good team spirit.
