Job Description

SES is seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Human Resources Professional to lead and elevate our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Leadership: Fully execute and lead key HR initiatives that support SES’s corporate vision; diagnose organizational challenges and implement effective action plans. • Talent & Performance Management: Partner with leadership to identify competency, knowledge, and talent gaps. Develop and execute targeted programs to build a robust talent pipeline for future business success. • Employee Relations & Guidance: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership regarding company policies, values, compensation, and benefits, ensuring consistent policy interpretation. • Recruitment Partnership: Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to streamline hiring and onboarding processes. • Compliance & Risk Management: Monitor and ensure all company activities and policies are strictly compliant with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience with deep expertise across core HR pillars (employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation, and benefits). • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent senior-level HR experience/certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR). • Technical Skills: ADP Workforce Now experience is strictly required; practical experience working alongside or supporting Payroll functions. • Business Acumen: Proven ability to understand business operations from both a high-level strategic perspective and a day-to-day tactical level. • Communication: Powerful and confident communication skills with a proven track record of effectively presenting to and influencing all levels of an organization. The salary range for this position as required under applicable pay transparency laws. Salary Range $90,000 — $100,000 USD
