We believe most big challenges come down to fundamentals we already know how to solve, and we're looking for someone who shares that mindset.

Lead projects from initiation to release, keeping scope, timeline, and priorities clear
Engage with customers and stakeholders to balance team priorities
Turn fuzzy problems into clear goals, requirements, and plans the team can act on
Coordinate across teams and keep everyone aligned, informed, and moving
Analyze when to make big bets or take the small wins on project scope
Track progress, surface risks early, and keep work honest and on course
Help decide what we take on, and just as importantly, what we don't
Celebrate wins, learn from misses, and keep improving how we work

PMP or CAPM certification, or actively working toward one
Familiarity with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) or Microsoft 365 products
Interest in modern, data-driven project management practices
Curiosity about how tools, processes, and people fit together
Comfort working across teams and translating between technical and non-technical partners
A bias toward simplicity and asking "why" before "how"
Experience delivering software or improving business systems and workflows
