Job Description
The Financing Compliance Manager at SB Energy will oversee debt and tax equity facilities, ensuring compliance with financial obligations and supporting the company's financial health. This role involves collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to manage financing processes and maintain good standing with lenders.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret loan agreements and financing documents.
- Monitor and manage debt and tax equity compliance.
- Serve as a point of contact for lenders and investors.
- Conduct financial performance analysis with FP&A.
- Prepare and submit compliance certificates to lenders.
- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams for reporting.
- Stay informed about financial regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors and legal counsel for compliance.
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement policies for debt compliance processes.
- Utilize financial software for financing management and reporting.
- Provide training on financing compliance best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in debt compliance, financial analysis, or related roles, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
- Strong understanding of debt instruments, financial covenants, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Deep understanding of financial regulations, debt structures, and the renewable energy industry.

Compensation/salary range: $130,000 - $145,000
