Job Description
The role involves supporting and enhancing supply chain systems, primarily E2open, by managing incidents, analyzing business requirements, implementing system improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and manage incidents for supply chain applications like E2open to ensure system reliability.
- Analyze and document business requirements, then design and implement system solutions through configuration and low-code customizations.
- Lead and coordinate system enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment across global teams.
- Maintain documentation of current processes and identify opportunities for workflow improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system operations and data integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on supply chain systems.
- Deep understanding of Supply Chain management principles with hands-on experience in demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP.
- Strong experience with Supply Chain modules, specifically Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Collaboration.
- Proven ability to gather business requirements, perform system analysis, and manage user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Flexibility for occasional overlap with North American working hours for collaborative tasks.
- Direct experience with E2open modules (preferred).
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, such as Propel.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in sprints.
- Experience working with systems that handle sensitive data and follow formal change management processes.
