Job Description

The role involves leading and managing cross-functional sales programs to improve operational efficiency, planning, and execution within a high-growth SaaS environment, supporting the company's go-to-market strategies and organizational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage high-impact programs supporting operational rhythms such as planning, performance reviews, and organizational processes
  • Coordinate strategic meetings and events, ensuring stakeholder alignment and execution excellence
  • Develop and manage planning cadences, program roadmaps, and key deliverable timelines
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication, ownership, and alignment
  • Drive change management initiatives within the Sales organization to improve processes
  • Monitor program progress through KPIs and milestones, identifying areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from a 4 year institution
  • 6-8 years of experience in program management, sales operations, strategy, or consulting, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional GTM programs that improve sales execution and scalability
  • Strong program management skills with expertise in end-to-end delivery including framing the need, scope requirements, documenting project roadmaps, partnering with teams, defining KPIs, and reporting results
  • Ability to ramp up quickly on business priorities and derive insights from data to inform decisions
  • Strong communication and written language skills including clear and concise documentation
  • Proven track record of building trust and effectively partnering with a wide variety of stakeholders including executives, managers, front-line teammates, and cross-functional partners
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through issues, with skills in prioritization conversations and discussing tradeoffs
  • Experience with B2B hardware and SaaS products
  • PMP certification or Agile Scrum Certification
