Job Description

The Senior Campaign Operations Manager will develop, optimize, and manage data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple regions, leveraging marketing automation tools to engage audiences and improve campaign performance, supporting the company's global marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, optimize, and scale customer journeys and email marketing sequences
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms (Iterable, Marketo) and CRM/data systems (Salesforce, Hightouch) for campaign execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align campaigns with business goals and strategies
  • Ensure content, audiences, and journeys are accurate and meet quality standards
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Implement A/B testing and experimentation to enhance campaign effectiveness

Requirements

  • 8 years hands-on email marketing, campaign operations or digital marketing experience at a high growth B2B tech company.
  • Successful ownership of campaign execution in Iterable or similar marketing automation tooling such as Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, Pardot, including managing intake process, audience segmentation, program build out, content production, and QA workflows.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple regions, ensuring localization and alignment with targets while maintaining globally consistent brand messaging.
  • Thorough understanding of email compliance regulations such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL and data privacy best practices.
  • Experience evaluating campaign performance metrics and using A/B testing, personalization, and content optimization to improve outcomes.
  • Passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to evaluate and prioritize initiatives based upon context and expected ROI.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Iterable certified foundations or above.
  • Marketo certified expert or above.
  • Intermediate to advanced user of Salesforce, Hightouch, Zoom, Contentful, and Splash.
  • Experience leveraging AI to increase efficiency and having built an AI agent, with hands-on experience with Copy.ai, Gumloop, Airtable AI, and Gemini being a big plus.
  • Proficiency with HTML and CSS.
