Job Description
The Campaign Operations Manager at Samsara is responsible for executing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing marketing automation tools, and collaborating with global teams to ensure campaign success and continuous improvement in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve processes for campaign intake, execution workflows, and planning.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to understand and achieve campaign goals.
- Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Iterable, Salesforce) to build, test, and launch multi-channel campaigns.
- Ensure campaign assets are accurately set up, localized, and meet quality standards.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Leverage AI and marketing technology to enhance campaign efficiency and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, demand generation, or campaign operations at a fast paced B2B technology company with high campaign throughput.
- Experience executing campaigns in Marketo or similar marketing automation tools such as Eloqua, Hubspot, or Pardot, including audience segmentation, program build, and QA workflows.
- Familiarity with executing campaigns across different regions is a plus.
- Familiarity with email compliance regulations such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL, and data privacy best practices.
- Experience tracking campaign performance metrics and familiarity with A/B testing and personalization concepts.
- Interest in leveraging technology tools such as Zapier, Gumloop, Airtable, AllGood, Generative AI, etc., to drive efficiency and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize based on guidance and business judgment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Marketo or Iterable certification at Foundations level is preferred.
- Experience using Salesforce, Hightouch, Leandata, Zoom, Contentful, ON24, 6sense, Zapier, Airtable, or Splash is preferred.
- Eagerness to leverage AI to unlock new opportunities and efficiency.
- Working proficiency in French, German, or Dutch, in addition to English fluency.
- Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS.
