Job Description

The role involves leading the market introduction and growth of emerging IoT products for enterprise clients, working closely with senior sales teams, product, and marketing to drive strategic deals, pilot programs, and customer success in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-develop an emerging product pipeline with Account Executives across major accounts
  • Drive pilot strategy and success metrics for early adoption of new products
  • Own executive-level discovery and storytelling for emerging SKUs
  • Partner with GTM and Product teams to provide feedback and shape product roadmap
  • Build frameworks, assets, and insights to scale sales efforts
  • Establish and influence go-to-market strategies for new product launches
  • Drive growth through strategic, high-value deal execution and early budget creation

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in complex, full-cycle enterprise sales.
  • Demonstrated success with 6- and 7-figure deals.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong customer instincts.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and ability to lead through influence.
  • Experience closing enterprise deals of at least 1 million USD with complex stakeholder networks.
  • Ability to operate in strategic partnership with senior Account Executives and account teams.
  • Comfort in presenting to and influencing C-suite executives.
  • Experience working with Product and Marketing to influence Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
  • Experience with overlay or new product launch initiatives is preferred.

  • Ownership of executive-level discovery and storytelling for emerging SKUs.
  • Ability to build frameworks, assets, and insights that scale across the sales organization.

  • Ability to work in strategic partnership with senior Account Executives and account teams.
  • Comfort in presenting to and influencing C-suite executives.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and build playbooks where none exist.
  • Experience feeding insights back to Product and GTM teams to shape product roadmap and messaging.
  • Strong customer instincts and focus on customer success.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams.
  • Proven success in influencing and partnering with senior sales leadership and account teams.
