Job Description
The Senior Software Engineer will lead and manage multiple engineering workstreams, providing technical guidance and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver scalable solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to align projects with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple workstreams within the organization.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on leading complex projects and workstreams.
- 1 year of experience working as a Research Assistant during the pursuit of an advanced degree.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum environments, with a solid understanding of software development lifecycle processes.
